Adding a command to the Quick Access Toolbar is quite easy in Microsoft Excel 2007.

  1. Click the arrow to the right of the “Quick Access Toolbar” and then click “More Commands” as shown below.

  2. In the “Choose commands from box“, click “All Commands.”

  3. In the list box, select the “Form button” and then click “Add.”
  4. Then finish by click “OK.” The “Quick Access Toolbar” should not look like this:
